What should I do if my tooth gets knocked out?
Call us immediately! Gently rinse the tooth with water (do not scrub it) and try to place it back in the socket. If you can't, place it in a small container of milk or your own saliva and bring it with you. Time is critical.
What can I do for a toothache right now?
Rinse your mouth with warm salt water. You can take over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen, but do not place aspirin directly on the tooth or gums. Call us for an appointment.
